Application is for condonation of delay of 190 days in bringing LR's of deceased respondent No.2 on record and to bring name on record in case of the deceased respondent.

Learned counsel for the applicant states that for want of knowledge of the death of deceased respondent, steps could not be taken in time. Perusal of the application does not show that any malafide can be attributed to the applicant for not bringing LR's of deceased on record in time. Hence application stands allowed in terms of prayer clauses 'A', 'B' and 'C'. Amendment be carried out within six weeks. 3.
