Order :-

1. Learned Assistant Government Pleader has raised preliminary objection that the petitioner has alternate remedy against order passed by the District Supply Officer.

In the light of that, though Mr. Thorat, learned counsel for petitioner sought to canvass the submissions on merits, we are not inclined to consider the same.

The writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail alternate remedy as may be permissible in law. All the contents are kept open. No costs.
