Heard learned advocate for the applicant seeking review, who is the original petitioner and the learned AGP. 2.

We have also perused the papers of the writ petition. The petition was filed with a prayer to quash and set aside the order of respondent No. 3 - Education Officer whereby he had refused to grant the approval to the petitioner's appointment. 1/2

It is being noticed now, perhaps erroneously, the Writ Petition was disposed of with the order under review, as if, he was sitting over the proposal for grant of approval and directing him to decide the proposal. The grounds on which the order under challenge was passed, were not specifically and expressly addressed while passing the order. It is completely erroneous and was not compatible with the prayer.

We allow the Review Application and recalling order dated 23.10.2024.

List the petition before appropriate Court for fresh decision on its own merits.
