Mr. Ghade, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the petitioner has retired long back, the pension papers of the petitioner are not prepared. The petitioner is not granted pension as per Rule 19 of MEPS Rules. 2.

The learned counsel submits that there is dispute amongst the members of the management. The election of the trustees is scheduled on 9th September, 2021. 3.

The learned counsel submits that the petitioner would appear before the Education officer with regard to his grievance for pension. The Education Officer be directed to issue necessary

WP No.13452/19 directions after the elections of the trust are held. 4.

According to the contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the election of the trust are scheduled on 9th September 2021.

The petitioner may appear before the Education Officer with regard to his grievance of pension. The Education Officer shall consider the grievance of the petitioner and may issue necessary communication to the society and/or Headmaster with regard to cause of the petitioner expeditiously and preferably within the period of four months. Considering that the matter is of pension, the parties shall cooperate in the proceeding. 6.

Writ petition is disposed of.

It is made clear that we have not considered the contentions on merits.
