The validation proceeding in respect of tribe claim of the petitioner is pending since 18.06.2018 and the employer has issued notice to the petitioner to submit the validity certificate or adverse action would be taken.

Mr. Salve, the learned counsel appears for respondent Nos. 3 and 4.

We have heard the learned counsel for respective parties. 4.

In the light of the above, we pass following order.

The Scrutiny Committee shall decide the validation proceeding in respect of the tribe claim of the petitioner expeditiously and preferably within a period of six (06) months from the date of appearance of the petitioner. The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 06th March, 2019 and shall co-operate in expeditious disposal of the said proceeding. Till the validation proceeding is pending the employer shall not take any adverse action against the petitioner. The employer can take further course of action depending upon the judgment that would be delivered in the validation proceeding by the Committee. The writ petition is disposed of. No costs. [A. M.
