The present Writ Petition takes exception to order dated 15.11.2021 passed by learned Ad-hoc District Judge-5 below Exhibit-5 in Regular Civil Appeal No.107/2021, thereby application filed by petitioner for stay to operation and implementation of judgment and decree dated 19.03.2020 passed by learned Joint Civil Judge Senior Division, Aurangabad in Special Civil Suit No.256/2013 was refused.

The learned Advocates appearing for respective parties brings to notice of this Court that Regular Civil Appeal No.107/2021 is finally decided on merit on 21.10.2024, whereby judgment and decree dated 19.03.2020 passed in Special Civil Suit No.256/2013 is quashed and set aside.

In light of aforesaid decision, prayers in Writ Petition does not survives. In result, Writ Petition stands disposed of as infructuous.
