1] Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he would pay the entire amount as directed by the Tahsildar dated 5th October, 2023.

2] On such deposit, the Tahsildar is directed to release the vehicle of the petitioner.

3] The petitioner to file undertaking that in the event any further proceedings are initiated by the authorities for wrongful use of the vehicle and orders are passed thereon, the petitioner would surrender the vehicle before the authorities concerned within four weeks. The petitioner to file further undertaking that the petitioner
