The application filed by the petitioner for refund of the amount on the ground that he could not excavate the sand because of the orders of the National Green Tribunal are pending with the Collector, Nanded.

In case, application filed by the petitioner for refund of the amount deposited by him towards excavation of sand is pending with respondent no.2, then respondent no.2 shall take decision upon it on its own merits, expeditiously and preferably within a period of six (06) months. 4.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
