Mr. Panpatte, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during pendency of present Writ Petition, on 2.5.2018 approval has been granted to the petitioner as a Shikshan Sevak from the date of his initial appointment. In view of that, the grievance of the petitioner with regard to the order for approval does not survive. Learned counsel submits that permanent approval has to be granted and further salary is not paid.

The petitioner may file an application to that effect to the Education Officer, which the Education Officer shall consider and decide within three months from the date of receipt of the application.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
