ORDER:- 1.

Heard learned Counsel for the applicants-original claimants. The applicants are seeking correction in the name of original claimant No.3 Sou. Kusumbai Ankush Gadhe which is inadvertently got typed as "Sou. Kusumbai Prabhu Gadhe" in the appeal memo as well as in the judgment dated 31.08.2021 in the said appeal and also the Cross Appeal filed by the present applicants - claimants.

On going through the original judgment passed by the learned Reference Court, the correct name of original claimant No.3 is mentioned as "Sou. Kusumbai Ankush Gadhe". As such, by invoking powers under Sections 151 and 152 of the Code of Civil Procedure the name of original claimant No.3 is corrected as "Sou. Kusumbai Ankush Gadhe"

(2) 920 CA-340.2023.odt instead of "Sou. Kusumbai Prabhu Gadhe" from the appeal memo in First Appeal No. 1159 of 2006 and in the title clause of the judgment in the said appeal alongwith Cross Appeal No.4 of 2018. The corrected judgment be uploaded and the award be modified accordingly.
