Present petition has been filed for following relief : "B) By issuing writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction, respondent No.2 may kindly be directed to open technical and financial bids of the bidders submitted in response to Tender Notice No.2025_DMA_1191218_1 for the work of

997_WP_13971_2025 Development of Dharmashala Yatri Niwas and Furniture Work in room at Old Tahsil Office premises for CM Parali Vaijnath, Dist. Beed, within stipulated period with further direction to allot the work to the successful bidder."

In view of written instructions it is stated that since the Code of Conduct, in view of upcoming elections, is the hurdle for opening the tender, after the Code of Conduct is over the tender would be opened. In view of the said statement, which is taken as undertaking, we dispose of the writ petition.
