Pursuant to order passed by this Court on 22nd December, 2022, learned advocate Mr. Mukul Kulkarni has placed on record report of interaction with Smt. Surajbai. It is taken on record and marked as 'X' for identifcation. On the request of learned advocate for the petitioner, copy thereof be provided to the petitioner. The said report indicates that Smt. Surajbai made no grievance against her sons or about stay in the premises, where she is residing. 2.

On instructions, learned advocate for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition by keeping the legal remedies of

We appreciate the efforts and pains taken by advocate Mr. Mukul Kulkarni to bring facts on record. We direct the petitioner to pay Rs. 20,000/- towards the fees of advocate Mr. Kulkarni, within a period of two weeks from today. Advocate Mr. Kulkarni makes a statement that instead of paying fees to him, the said amount be given in charity. In view of this, the direction given in the order dated 22nd December, 2022, to the extent of payment of fees to learned advocate Mr. Mukul Kulkarni by Legal Services Sub-Committee, High Court, Bench at Aurangabad stands recalled.
