By this civil application, a grievance is raised that despite this Court having granted interim relief thereby directing the authorities not to take coercive action, the proposal for termination of the petitioner has been submitted as well as the regular salary has also not been paid. We, therefore, issued notice to respondents pursuant to which today, the respondent No. 6 has filed affidavit in reply stating that the proposal submitted for termination of the petitioner is not pressed. So also, the regular

Considering the same, the purpose of filing this civil application has been subserved. The civil application stands disposed of.
