The husband takes exception to the order passed by the Family Court, Dhule in Petition No.E-61 of 2021 passed below Exhibit 43 dated 7.11.2022 thereby granting maintenance under section 125 of the CrpC. Parties had jointly submitted that there is possibility of amicable settlement. Accordingly, this Court vide order dated 7.9.2023 referred them for mediation. The learned Mediator (Dr. R.J. Godbole) submitted his report dated 9.11.2023 alongwith the compromise purshis/ deed, wherein parties have arrived at settlement and reduced the terms of such settlement into writing. The terms are jointly verified and signed by them before the Section Officer of this Court. The terms of settlement alongwith the report of mediator dated 9.11.2023 are taken on record and marked as Exhibit 'X' for identification.

In view of the aforesaid statement, further modalities are to be complied before before the Family Court. The parties are free to move in terms of the settlement. 3.

Learned counsel appearing for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the present proceedings in view of the settlement terms signed and verified by the parties. Criminal revision application is disposed off with liberty to the parties to move before the learned Family Court for further orders in terms of the settlement.
