Present petition has been filed for direction to the respondent Nos. 3 and 4 to forward the proposal dated 01.07.2025 to respondent No. 2 for inclusion of the name of the petitioner in Shalarth Pranali. 2.

Learned AGP waives notice for respondent Nos. 1 and 2. It is not necessary to issue notice to respondent Nos. 3 to 6. It will not be out of place to mention here that in view of our order dated 18.11.2025 in Kakasaheb Abaji Sirsate and others vs. State of Maharashtra and others in Writ Petition No. 13681 of 2025, we had directed the respondent No. 2 to issue circular, as to what has to be done and what has expected from the Education officers when the proposal for inclusion of the name of teacher in Shalarth ID is submitted. In view of the compliance of the said order, circular has been issued on 25.11.2025 by 941-WP-14742-2025.odt

respondent No. 2 wherein it is stated that when such proposal is submitted along with necessary documents then it should be forwarded without any delay to the respondent No. 2. Respondent No. 3 is duty bound to follow circular dated 25.11.2025 that is what is exactly prayed in the present petition also and therefore, we dispose of the petition by directing the respondent No. 3 to forward the proposal submitted by respondent Nos. 5 and 6 dated 01.07.2025 to respondent No. 2. After receipt of the said proposal, respondent No. 2 to decide it within a period of two months.

Parties to act on authenticated copy. Liberty is given to petitioner to place the authenticated copy of this order to respondent No. 3.
