1] Heard learned counsel for the applicant and the learned APP for the respondent-State.

2] The applicant is apprehending arrest in connection with Crime No. 0404/2024, registered at Majalgaon City Police Station, Majalgaon, District Beed, for the offences punishable under sections 109, 352, 351 (2), 351 (3), 3 (5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita. 3] The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the case pertains to fight between neighbours and the injuries sustained by the injured are not serious and the applicant is a student and considering the said fact, the interim protection granted by order dated 28.11.2024 be confirmed. However, the learned APP has today produced

1979.24ABA the medical certificate and points out that the victim is a 12 years old boy and the injury caused to him is grievous and the injury is on left cheek and broken his tooth in part. 4] The applicant has used iron rod in causing grievous injury to a 12 years old boy and prima facie the applicant is involved in the alleged crime. This is not a case to grant anticipatory bail. Hence, the present application is dismissed.

5] It is also clarified that the observations made in this order are limited to the disposal of the present anticipatory bail application and the trial Court shall not be influenced by the observations of this Court while deciding regular bail or at trial.
