Mr. Katneshwarkar, learned counsel has handed over the Demand Draft of Rs.35 Lakh and cheque of aaa/-

wp 605.22.odt Rs.4 Lakh to Mr. Mandalik, learned senior counsel appearing for respondent no.1. This is done in view of the compromise reached between the parties.

Accordingly, writ petition is disposed off in view of the compromise terms executed by the parties. Civil application no.15666 of 2022 is accordingly allowed in terms of prayer clauses "B and C". Civil application accordingly disposed off.

An amount of Rs.2 Lakh deposited by respondent no.1 in this Court is permitted to be withdrawn alongwith accrued interest. Writ Petition accordingly disposed off. No costs.
