Learned Counsels for both sides make statement, on instructions, that on account of pendency of the present Petition, Family Court is unable to dispose of Petition No. C-5/2017, which is sought to be withdrawn by the Respondent herein. Respondent is present before this Court along with her Counsel. On her instructions, learned Counsel for Respondent records consent for disposal of the present Petition in view of the fact that she has already filed an application before Family Court for withdrawal of the said proceedings.

In view of the above and by consent of both sides, Petition stands disposed of so also Misc. Civil Application No. 235/2019 is also stands disposed of in view of the observations made by the Coordinate Bench in order dated 06.12.2023.
