The applicant seeks relaxation of the condition No (ii)(c) of the order dated 10.7.2024 passed by this Court in Bail Application No. 947 of 2024, which is quoted below :- "ii) -------- (c) He shall not enter the village Salegaon, Post Sindhi Kalegaon, Taluka and District Jalna, till the conclusion of the trial with a condition that he would not seek relaxation of this condition unless the circumstances permit."

In the above order this Court has noted that the applicant and the informant were fighting continuously and bail is granted to the applicant only on the condition that the applicant would not enter in the village Salegaon Post Sindhi Kalegaon, Taluka and District Jalna till the conclusion of the trial. It is also observed in the order that bail is granted to the applicant on the condition that the applicant would not seek relaxation of this condition.

Considering the above, I hold that applicant is not entitled to the relief claimed in this application. In view of the same, the application is dismissed.
