The petitioners claim to be full time Librarians. The grievance of the petitioners is that ACPS benefit is not accorded to them. But to some of the full time Librarians, the said benefit has been accorded. 2.

The petitioners may make an application with the respondent

2 910-WP13705-19+.odt No. 3 for grant of ACPS benefit along with necessary facts. The respondent No. 3 shall process the said application within a period of three (03) months from the date of receipt of the same and forward to respondent No. 2. The respondent No. 2 shall thereafter take decision upon the entitlement of the petitioners for ACPS benefit within a period of three (03) months thereafter.

With the aforesaid directions, writ petitions stand disposed of. No costs.
