This is an Application under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, (BNSS), 2023 in connection with Crime No.368/2024, registered with Manwath Police Station, District Parbhani, for the offence punishable under Sections 115(2), 118(1), 189(2), 191(2), 191(3), 190, 351(2), 351(3) and Section 352 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

It is the case of Prosecution that, on account of previous dispute, the Informant and the witnesses were assaulted by the FIR named Accused on 02/09/2024. The role attributed to the present Applicant is that of assault by a wooden stick on the hand of the

941-ABA-1980-2024.odt injured witness - Parmeshwar, who suffered grievous injury. The other Co-accused, to whom the role of assault by use of sickle is attributed, are granted Anticipatory Bail by this Court, in Anticipatory Bail Application No.1711/2024 vide order dated 31/07/2025. The Applicant is protected by an interim order dated 04/12/2024 on certain conditions. It is nobody's case that, the Applicant has misused the liberty. Thus, I am inclined to pass the following order :

ORDER

[I] Interim Order granted by this Court dated 04/12/2024 is confirmed.
