This Court was pleased to grant stay to the impugned Judgment and award passed in W.C.F.A. No. 22/2019 by the Commissioner for Employee's Compensation and Judge, Labour Court, Aurangabad until further orders. 4.

The notice was issued to respondent Nos. 1 and 2 as to why interim stay granted by this Court should not be made absolute. 5.

As per bailiff report, both of the respondents are duly served. Both of them remained absent when the matter is called out. As such, interim stay granted by this Court needs to be made absolute.
