The petitioners who claim to be the members of the Grampanchayat are objecting to the tender process initiated for laying down of 600 mm diameter pipeine as they want it to be a 900 mm diameter pipeline and instead of cement pipeline, they want it to be an iron pipeline.

We have heard the learned advocate for the petitioners. 4.

Considering the grievance of the petitioners, in the light of the provisions of the Specific Relief Act, 1963, the public project cannot be stalled on their insistence and for the reason for which they have approached this Court.
