Mr Vibhute, learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, at present, would only request for directions. We have considered the submissions canvased by the respective parties. 2.

In the caste column of the school record of the petitioner, surname of the petitioner seems to have been written. According to the petitioner, the real brother of the petitioner has been issued with the validity certificate of Mannervarlu - Scheduled Tribe. 3.

It is not a case of correction of the school record with regard to caste, because caste does not appear to have been mentioned in the said document, which is produced before the Court (Page 9). In the said document, in the column of caste, surname is mentioned. Naturally, if the said record is produced before the Committee, the Committee should consider that in the caste column, surname is mentioned.
