Heard the learned advocate for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for respondent Nos. 1 and 2.

The petitioner seeks directions against the respondents to issue directions to all the Sub Divisional Officers in the State of Maharashtra to issue fresh caste certificates to the candidates belonging to Mannervarlu community with correct spe lling as per the Presidential Order 1950.

In fact, no such orders are necessary, because circular is already issued by the Government directing all such officers to properly spell the name of the tribe, so also serial number of the tribe as appearing in the Presidential Order. The respondents and all its authorities are bound to adher to said directions issued by the State.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
