The tender in question was in respect of supply of food items at the event of Krida Mahotsav, 2016 for a period between 26th November, 2016 to 1st December, 2016. Since the event itself is over, thereby rendering the grievance raised in the petition stale, the petition need not be entertained in exercise of extraordinary jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. The Writ Petition is rejected.
