This is an application for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to respondents No. 2 to 4 vide order dated 11.10.2019. 2.

The respondent - accused were apprehending arrest in Crime No. 300/2019, Mantha Police Station, District Jalna, for the ofences punishable under Sections 420, 468,, 469, 4711 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned Advocate for the applicant submitted that the anticipatory bail was granted to the respondents in the year 2019. This application has been pending since 2019.

Learned APP, on instructions, submitted that pursuant to the order granting anticipatory bail, the charge-sheet is fled against the respondents - accused.

I have perused the impugned order passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Jalna. In the light of the reasoning and the fact that the charge-sheet is fled against the respondents - accused, no case is made out for entertaining this application.
