Heard the learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the respective parties.

This court by order dated 16/06/2022 is allowed the applicant No.1 to withdraw 30% of the deposited amount along with interest thereon. The applicant is also permitted to withdraw interest on the rest of the amount deposited after three months for the education purpose of the applicants No.2 and 3.

However, the learned Advocate for the applicants submits that the applicant is permitted to withdraw interest from the rest of the deposited amount after every three months for education purpose of applicants No.2 and 3, and the same is not reflected in the order.

In view of the same, the order dated 16/06/2022 is modified to the extent that the applicant No.1 is permitted to withdraw interest on the rest of the deposited amount of the minors after every three months for education purpose.
