Mr Bachate, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after filing of the present writ petition, the petitioner as per the Government Policy has filed an application with the respondent seeking transfer at the place of choice and the said application is under consideration as directed by this Court in Writ Petition No. 1207 of 2019, under order dt. 28.01.2019.

As the subsequent steps are already taken by the respondents, we are not inclined to go into the merits of the contentions of the parties.

The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.

The respondents may consider the application of the petitioner as directed by this Court under order dt. 28.01.2019 in Writ Petition No. 1207 of 2019 on its own merits without being influenced by the findings given by the Tribunal in the present matter. No costs.
