The prayer for transfer of proceedings being Hindu Marriage Petition No.3 of 2016 from the Court of Civil Judge Senior Division, Pusad, Dist. Yavatmal to the Family Court, Nanded is opposed on the ground of jurisdiction of the Family Court at Nanded.

Considering the submissions of the respondent, in my opinion, it will be appropriate to allow the application in terms of prayer clause (A) and is accordingly allowed. However, the proceedings stand transferred to the

mca231.16 (2) Court of Civil Judge Senior Division, Nanded and be tagged with other two proceedings which are pending between the parties. 4.

It is expected of learned Civil Judge Senior Division, Nanded to ensure accommodation of the parties in all the three proceedings on the same date.
