Perused the report of District Court, Aurangabad dated 16.04.2024, wherein it is stated that insurance company Bhagyawant Punde

{2} 933-ca-13420-2023 has not complied the orders passed by this Court in the year 2009 to deposit cost of Rs. 10,000/- for restoration of motor accident claim petition.
