When the matter is called out, no one else appeared on behalf of applicant- Acquiring Body.

This Court under order dated 11.07.2019, issued notice to the respondents. But, uptill this date, the applicant-Acquiring Body did not take any precaution to supply spare copies of the relevant documents for service of notice on the respondents. Since July, 2019, the matter is pending without any progress awaiting relevant documents for issuance of notice to the respondents. In view of lackadaisical attitude on part of applicant-Acquiring Body, there is no propriety to keep the present proceeding alive on board awaiting compliance from the applicant-Acquiring Body. Hence, the application stands dismissed for want of prosecution. No order as to costs.
