In response to the notice issued by this Court on 4th December, 2018, Mr. Irshad Sayyad, Jailor, Group-II, Aurangabad Central Prison is present in this Court to give instructions to learned A.G.P.

Learned A.G.P. placed before us a copy of the order dated 11th December, 2018 passed by respondent No.1 Mr. Yogesh Desai, D.I.G. Prison, Nagpur. Same is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification.

With reference to the order of this Court, it is stated that the Committee in its decision dated 10th December, 2018 permitted name of the petitioner to be entered in remission book. Learned A.P.P. on instructions, submitted that though there is some delay in decision, same is caused due to procedural and administrative difficulties and this delay is purely unintentional.
