After removing the deficiencies by the management, the proposal has been forwarded to the Deputy Director of Education, Nashik. The same is pending at his doorstep. 3.
In view of the above, this Petition is disposed off with a direction to Respondent No.2 to consider the proposal, and if, there is no legal impediment, he would proceed to decide the
