The writ petition so far as petitioner Nos.1, 3 to 9 is allowed to be withdrawn accordingly.

Learned Counsel for the respondents points out that petitioner No.2 is no longer employee of respondentinstitution. Respondent Nos.3 and 5 had declared her as

( 2 ) wp556.14 surplus. Subsequently she has been employed in Mahatma Basveshwar College, Latur.

In view of aforesaid, petition would be inefficacious so far as petitioner No.2.

In view of aforesaid, writ petition stands disposed of.
