By this petition, the petitioner is challenging the order dated 03/10/2019, passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Aurangabad in Criminal M. A. No.136/2019, wherein the learned Sessions Judge allowed said Criminal M. A. No.136/2019. 3.

The petition is filed in the year 2019. Since then it is not circulated and listed before this Court and today it has come before the Court for the first time. The matter before the learned Trial Court might have proceeded further.

Today also, learned Advocate for the petitioner is absent. It appears that the petitioner is not vigilant and alert and therefore, this Court cannot come to his aid.

As such, this petition is dismissed.
