PER COURT :- Heard Shri P.C.Mayure, learned Counsel for the applicant and Shri D.P.Deshpande, learned Counsel appearing for the respondent Insurance Company. Perused the impugned Judgment and award and the grounds of objection raised in exception to the said Judgment.

In view of above, the following order is passed.

ORDER

I) The applicant is permitted to withdraw 50% of the deposited amount on submitting an undertaking to the satisfaction of Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. II) Balance 50% amount be invested in the Fixed Deposit Receipt in any Nationalized Bank for the period till disposal of the appeal.

III) Civil application stands disposed of.
