This is an application for setting aside order passed by the Registrar on 17.11.2014 refusing registration of writ petition on account of failure of petitioner to remove office objections.

Heard. For the reasons recorded in the application, application deserves to be allowed and the same is accordingly allowed. Order passed by the Registrar refusing registration of the writ petition is quashed and set aside and the petition is restored to its original number. Delay occurred in presenting the application stands condoned.

Petitioner shall remove office objections within a period of six weeks from today. In the event of failure, the order passed in the instant
