Mr. Syed, the learned advocate for respondent on instructions states that the services of the petitioner are terminated under order dated 25.10.2016 w.e.f. 31.01.2017.

The learned counsel for the petitioner states that no enquiry was at any time conducted nor this was communicated.

Be that as it may, if the services of the petitioner are terminated as stated by the learned counsel for the management, the petitioner will have to assail the order of the termination before the School Tribunal. The petitioner is at liberty to take steps as is permissible in the law. In case the petitioner files an appeal, the petitioner may agitate his grievance with regard to approval. The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
