ORDER :

The application is filed for bail. Both the sides are heard. Today affidavit of original complainant, Irfana, came to be filed. She is identified by learned counsel Shri. Patekar. This Court has perused the papers of investigation. 2.

In the report given to police, the complainant has made allegations against the present applicants, who are her in laws that they had forcibly administered poison to her on the night between 24.11.2014 and 25.11.2014. The report was given on 3.12.2014. The crime is registered for the offence punishable

Cri. Appln. No. 7042/14 under section 307 etc. of I.P.C. Affidavit is filed by the original complainant and she has contended that she is compromising the dispute and she wants to return to matrimonial house. She has requested to grant bail to the applicants. 3.

In view of these circumstances, the application is allowed. The applicants are to be released on bail on their furnishing PR and SB of Rs. 15,000/- (Rupees fifteen thousand) by each of them. They are not to tamper the prosecution witnesses. They are not to commit similar offence. 4.

Application filed for intervention is allowed and disposed of.
