The applicants seek correction in the name of respondent No.4 which is wrongly recorded as Nirmala Lahu Gapat in the judgment passed by the Reference court which is under challenge. The correction is solicited in the first appeal as well as disposed of civil application. It is necessary to correct the name of concerned party in the impugned judgment of the Reference Court.

Applicants are unable to receive the amount because of recording of incorrect name. Civil application is disposed of permitting the applicants to correct the name in civil

Simultaneously, impugned judgment shall be referred to the Reference Court for correction of name of respondent No.4 therein.

First Appeal 4.

The impugned judgment shall be referred to the Reference Court for correction of name of respondent No.4 from "Nirmala Lahu Gapat" to "Vimal Lahu Gapat". 5.

After necessary correction, matter shall be sent back to this Court. The exercise shall be completed within a period of four (4) weeks from today.
