By this Writ Petition, the Petitioners are seeking direction that the caste claim of the petitioners which is pending before Respondent No.2./Caste Scrutiny Committee since 24.06.2025 be expedited. 3.

Considering the fact that Petitioner No.1 is in service and Petitioner Nos.2 and 3 are desirous of prosecuting their studies, we direct Respondent No.2/Committee to decide the caste claim of the petitioners as expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period of six months from today.
