By this Writ Petition, the petitioner is seeking direction that the caste claim of the petitioner which is pending before Respondent No.2./Caste Scrutiny Committee since 11.04.2025 be expedited. 3.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is desirous of appearing for competitive exams, we deem it appropriate to direct Respondent No.2/Committee to decide the caste claim of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period of six months from today.
