The petitioner is the erstwhile president of Municipal Council, Ausa. He is seeking direction to the respondents to decide the proposal / request dated 01-11-2022 (Exhibit - I) that the money sanctioned for the development work within the municipal limits of Ausa town should be released at the earliest.

We dispose of the writ petition by requesting the respondents nos. 1 and 2 to take appropriate decision on its own merits at the earliest.
