Present group of civil applications has been moved seeking direction to Registrar (Judicial) of this court to disburse amount of interest accrued upon the amount deposited by Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation, in view of order passed by this court as well as by Hon'ble Supreme Court. 2.

Having regard to the tenor of the orders passed hitherto by this court as well as Hon'ble Supreme Court, it appears to be expedient to allow civil applications, letting withdrawal of accrued interest upon the amount deposited by Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation in this court, on the condition of furnishing bank guarantee by applicants of either a nationalized, scheduled or multi-state co-operative bank.
