We have heard Mr. Thote, the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel for respondent Nos. 2 and 3. In all these matters representations are made by petitioners for posting the petitioners at a desired place. The learned counsel for petitioners states that, in the similar matters this Court has passed an order directing the respondent No. 2 to consider the representations of the petitioners. 2.

Considering the fact that, representations have been made by the petitioners, we pass the following order:

i) The respondent No. 2 shall decide the representations filed by petitioners Exhibit C collectively in all these writ petitions in accordance with law and as per its policy and in the event vacancy exists at the desired place as desired by the petitioners, then the 1/2

request can be considered irrespective of the fact that it is in the midst of the term.
