DATE : OCTOBER 20, 2023 ORDER :- This is a Writ Petition for extension of parole for 15 days. Earlier, this Court granted the petitioner parole for 30 days, on the ground of medical treatment of the wife of petitioner. 2.

Learned APP has strong reservations. He pointed out that the application for extension of parole has been rejected by the authority on 19.10.2023.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the medical certificate of the wife of petition, the petition deserves to be allowed. Hence, the following order:-

36-cr.wp.no.1582.2023 (i) The Writ Petition is allowed;
