The learned Advocate for the petitioners produced on record a copy of 'no dues certificate' issued by respondent No.3 - bank. He submits that the matter is settled under one time settlement scheme. The entire amount as per the settlement is paid and therefore 'no dues certificate' is issued on 29.03.2022. The true copy of said certificate duly signed by the learned Advocate for the petitioners is taken on record and marked "A" for the purpose of identification. He further submits that in view of this, the petition has become infructuous and can be disposed off. 02.
