ORDER :

The application is filed for bail. Both the sides are heard. This Court has perused the papers of investigation. 2.
The crime is registered on the basis of report given by one Usha, mother of the deceased. Deceased was unmarried and she was working as Talathi. It is allegation of the complainant that present applicant was insisting the deceased to marry with the applicant, but the deceased was not ready to marry with the present applicant. Allegations are made that due to the harassment of the present applicant, the deceased committed suicide by hanging herself. The crime came to be registered under section 306 of I.P.C.

The applicant has been behind bars since 4.12.2014. In view of the aforesaid circumstances, this Court holds that it is not desirable to keep the applicant behind bars till the disposal of the case which may be filed against him.

In the result, the application is allowed. The applicant is to be released on bail on his furnishing PR and SB of Rs. 15,000/- (Rupees fifteen thousand). He is not to tamper with the prosecution witnesses.
