The petitioner prays for couple convenience. By order dated 30.09.2022, the petitioner has been posted at Kinwat. On 25.11.2022, he has tendered a representation. His wife is posted at Mukhed, which is at a distance of 150 kms.

The learned Advocate representing the Zilla Parishad submits that the representation of the petitioner would be considered on it' s own merits within 8 weeks.
